  • Provides front line support for students and faculty at UTM
  • Coordinates technical support, academic room assignments and room changes
  • Coordinates rooms meetings, events and office usage (UTM)
  • Facilitates requests for minor building repairs and issues
  • Assists with hospitality services and special events
  • Coordinates fob access for faculty, sessional instructors and teaching assistants
  • Maintains office supplies
  • Departmental liaison with Accommodated Testing Services at both campuses
  • Provides shuttle bus tickets and parking passes

Jeena Parmar | OT Classroom Teaching Support, UTSG

In class and learning support at UTSG
  • Oversees day-to-day operational needs for labs/workshops, and supports lab set up, including equipment and supplies are are available
  • Provides detailed explanations and demonstrates procedures to students on lab techniques, experimental procedures and protocols
  • Serves as a technical resource on laboratory protocols, and experimental procedures and equipment
  • Creates/edits training materials and other supporting documentation
  • Supports examination preparation, invigilation, and assignment collection
  • Supports main office including responding to enquiries, and other front office tasks as needed

Sonia Mistry | Program and Fieldwork Administrator


Primary contact for OT students
  • Responds to inquiries and provides basic support to individuals in distress
  • Coordinates program schedules and provides detailed information on program/course eligibility requirements, policies and deadlines
  • Collects preceptor availability
  • Disseminates information regarding changes to rotations, site requirements and placement activities
  • Supports recruitment and admissions

Priya Sivathason | Program Manager


Admission application processes, student awards, and recruitment.
  • Manages admission process and addresses admission application inquiries and policy development with the Graduate Coordinator
