Susan Farrow

Professor Susan Farrow is a Registered Occupational Therapist in Ontario, a Founding Partner and Co-Director of The Toronto Institute of Group Studies, and an Assistant Professor in The Department of OS&OT. She was named a Fellow of the former Canadian Group Psychotherapy Association, practised for 11 years in the Department of Psychiatry at Toronto General Hospital, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Canadian Group Psychotherapy Foundation and as a Governor of Huron University.

Areas of Research / Educational Scholarship

Professor Farrow's current interests in education include group process and dynamics, inter-professional education and collaborative practice, student mental health, mentorship, curriculum development and the application of psychological theories to clinical practice. Professor Farrow's past clinical expertise is in mental health, exploring the psychological and spiritual implications of illness and interventions.
