Anne Hunt PhD OT Reg. (Ont.) is an Assistant Professor, Teaching Stream and the Vice Chair Education in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy. Dr. Hunt is an associate member of the Rehabilitation Sciences Institute and a member of the Collaborative Program in Neuroscience at the University of Toronto. She has over thirty years of experience as a clinical occupational therapist in hospital and community settings and has supervised over 50 health professional students in a student-led concussion program. She has received numerous awards for excellence in clinical teaching and interprofessional education.  She is also a certified CO-OP therapist and instructor.

Areas of Research / Educational Scholarship

Dr. Hunt's research focuses on optimizing occupational performance in individuals with brain injuries across the lifespan and the use of patient-reported outcome measures to assess changes in occupational performance. She is active in education scholarship that is concentrated on the use of simulation, artificial intelligence and student-led learning environments in occupational therapy fieldwork and academic education.
