Sally Lindsay

Social Determinants of Health, Children & Youth
Dr. Sally Lindsay, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Bloorview Research Institute, Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and a Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy, University of Toronto. Her PhD is in the Sociology of Work and Health. She has over 190 publications and 365 presentations, and has received over $9.5 million in peer-reviewed research funding as a from SSHRC and CIHR, among others. She is an elected member of the College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists of the Royal Society of Canada.
Areas of Research / Educational Scholarship
Dr. Lindsay’s research focuses on the social inclusion and the well-being of children, youth and young adults, especially as they transition into adulthood.
