Dr. Carrie Anne Marshall presented the 2023 Thelma Cardwell Lecture. Dr. Marshall is an Assistant Professor in the School of Occupational Therapy at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. Her research focuses on intersections between poverty and mental well-being with a particular focus on homelessness among persons living with mental illness and substance use disorders.
