Rhona Anderson
Professor Rhona Anderson is an occupational therapist (OT) who has earned a BSc in Occupational Therapy (Queen's University), MSc (OT Post-Professional, Dalhousie University), and Doctor of Science (Rehabilitation and Health Leadership, Queen's University) which has supported her practice as an occupational therapist and educational leader. Professor Anderson's roles have also included program practice leader, clinical educator, and education leader, both in an academic healthcare organization and within the Department of OS&OT.
Areas of Research / Educational Scholarship
Professor Anderson has worked as an OT primarily with adults and older adults in both the United States and Canada and in a variety of practice contexts, including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and outpatient rehabilitation. She is interested in health professionals education research, and specifically student leadership and collaborative leadership. Her clinical research includes occupation-based assessment, specifically clients' perception of performance.
